Just whatever is on in the changing room, I’m fine with. We listen to a lot of R&B but it depends on who is DJ.

Ronnie Edwards was full of praise for the #YoungLions squad and staff after their unbeaten start at the #U19EURO finals:
13. Who do you sit with on the bus journey to a game?
Alex Scott!
14. How do you recover after a game and what is your routine to wind down?
If we’ve got a game close to each other, I’d get in the ice bath straight after and get a massage.
15. Who is your biggest supporter?
I’d say everyone, especially my mum and dad.
16. Have you ever been to Slovakia before? What are you most looking forward to about visiting?
We actually won the EUROs in Slovakia with the under-19s in 2022. It was an unreal experience.
17. What do you enjoy most about being on camp?
Spending time with different people – it’s refreshing. Like I said, the entertainment you get and how well you’re looked after.
18. What is your favourite memory representing England?
The Final of the EUROs and I’d also say the World Cup. Even though we didn’t win it, it was a good experience in Argentina.

19. What is your favourite memory as a fan supporting England?
I’d probably say the last EUROs [in 2024]. Also, I was too young but what stands out is David Beckham’s goal against Greece [in 2001].
20. What are three words to describe how you’re feeling heading into this tournament?
Excited, motivated and win.
21. How would you sum up your emotions when you pull on an England shirt and step on to the pitch?
I’m proud – very proud.
