The attacking midfielder had made a significant impact at international level even before his first senior England call-up in August 2024.
He was a key member of the under-17 team that won the FIFA U17 World Cup in 2017 under Steve Cooper, before also lifting the UEFA Under-21 European Championship title in 2023 after scoring in the semi-final.
A Wolves academy graduate, Gibbs-White first played for Stafford Juniors as a young child before moving through the ranks at Molineux.
Loan spells at Swansea and Sheffield United aided his development, with 12 goals and ten assists in 37 appearances for the Blades in a significant individual achievement during the 2021-22 campaign.
He has established himself in the top flight since signing for Nottingham Forest on a permanent basis in 2022.
