After two days of competitive EA Sports FC action, England Gaming have qualified for the 2025 UEFA eEuros Finals.

Dan ‘Stingrayjr’ with the support of his coach Nick den Hamer and team manager Denman ran riot on day one, playing six games and winning all six live on Twtich.tv/England and from the FUTWIZ headquarters.

During day one, Stingrayjr came up against reigning UEFA eChampions League winner Emre Yilmaz of the Netherlands in a game that finished 9-6 to England. The standout fixture of the day was a 9-4 win against Denmark and their wonderkid Anders Vejrgang, a player who is seasonally decorated in major EA Sports FC trophies, the current UEFA eEuros Champion and considered one of the game’s best ever players.

Although England completed day one with a flawless record, a tough bracket was formulated for day two of the UEFA eEuors qualifiers, and the format changed from games being a best of one, to being played over two legs with the aggregate score being taken at the end.

Game one matched England with France and multiple time French champion LJR Peixoto. A tough game that saw a 15-goal thriller sway Stingrayjr’s way in the closing moments, and giving England a narrow lead going into the second leg.

Leg two allowed Stingray to flex his muscles as England won 8-4 and progressed onto challenge number two in the UEFA eEuros winners bracket, against Sweden and former ePremier League winner Ollelito. Win and you qualify for the finals, lose and drop into a loser's bracket against Portugal and the current EA Sports FC Pro World Champion, or a rematch with the Netherlands. Stingray had other plans however and won the game, beating Ollelito by a nine-goal margin meaning England are going to UEFA eEuros Finals!

The finals are set to place on Saturday 13 December in London, where one nation will be crowned the champions of Europe. Follow England Gaming for all updates regarding our EA Sports FC team and all other England Gaming teams.
