Having recently returned from injury in time to secure her place in Sarina Wiegman's squad for this summer's UEFA Women's EURO 2025, Lauren Hemp is ready and raring to go.

Who's your best friend in the camp?

That’s a hard question because I have two. I have to take both of them because if not, they’ll be angry at me! Niamh Charles and Esme Morgan.

Biggest joker in the camp?

The biggest joker is probably Khiara [Keating].

Who's good for a quiet chat about something or advice in the camp?

I’d probably say Lucy Bronze.

Who's the keenest trainer in the camp?

That is a good question. I’d probably say Niamh because she does do a lot off the pitch.

Who would you always find in the gym?

Lucy Bronze.

Who is the best camp DJ?

Leah [Williamson] or Alex [Greenwood].

Who is in charge of what you're all watching on TV in camp?

Myself!

Who will you always find on their phone?

I’m going to say Jess Park.

Who gets the most pumped up for a game?

Maybe Georgia [Stanway].

Who could fall asleep anywhere in the camp?

I’d probably say Grace [Clinton].

Who is the most competitive outside of football?

Lucy probably still. I’ve said her for quite a lot of things!
