Jess Park talks camp buddies, cinema nights and team DJs
The midfielder gives us the lowdown on her team-mates
UEFA EURO 2025 HOMEPAGE
England's Jess Park has a big summer ahead along with her team-mates as she prepares to make her tournament debut at UEFA Women's EURO 2025.
Here, the midfielder takes us through the squad heading out to Switzerland.
Who's your best friend in the camp?
I’ve got a few. I go to Alex Greenwood with everything but I’d say, Hempy [Lauren Hemp] is probably my camp buddy. We do everything together.
Biggest joker in the camp?
Khiara [Keating] without a doubt. She’s just always cracking jokes and making everyone laugh.
Who's good for a quiet chat about something or advice in the camp?
For me, Alex, 100 per cent.
Who's the keenest trainer in the camp?
I’d say probably Alex again or maybe Keira [Walsh]. Keira’s a good trainer.

Who would you always find in the gym?
Maya Le Tissier.
Who is the best camp DJ?
I think Leah [Williamson] has that role. I’d say she’s pretty good at it as well. Lessi [Alessia Russo] is up there as well on the bus sometimes.
Who is in charge of what you're all watching on TV in camp?
We actually had a social cinema night last camp which was a real hit – it was very good. I’ll give credit to Grace Clinton and Alessia for that. We watched The Sinner which was great.
Who will you always find on their phone?
When we’re in social time with each other, nobody is really on their phone I would say.

Who gets the most pumped up for a game?
I think we have quite a calm team. Khiara is probably doing the dancing!
Who could fall asleep anywhere in the camp?
That’s a good one. I reckon it could be Jess Carter when she gets here.
Who is the most competitive outside of football?
Probably Lucy Bronze.
