Our vision is to provide an accessible and inclusive Women’s England Talent Pathway to identify and confirm potential talent. Ensuring we supply England Teams with enough quality and depth of players to enable England to consistently win a Major Tournament.

Our mission is to leave no stone un-turned when it comes to finding future talent across England.
We have a team of five Talent Technical Coaches whose job it is to develop strategic and creative ideas to help find and develop players regardless of their playing environment.

Through the FA Discover My Talent programme we will deliver bespoke Regional Talent ID strategies gaining insight on players across multiple environments and engaging them in our Future Lionesses Talent ID and Top Talent activities to help confirm and support players with talent and potential.

We deliver across six Key Pillars including;

- Developing Key STAKEHOLDER PARTNERSHIPS both Locally and Nationally that can help us widen our reach.
- Working with a plethora of COMMUNITIES to ensure Talent can meet Opportunity regardless of where a player lives. 
- Recruit, Educate and Develop a skilled and diverse WORKFORCE (both paid and voluntary) who can help us unearth a Future Lioness. 
- Deliver our Future Lionesses TALENT ID & TOP TALENT activity providing an accessible and inclusive opportunity for players across England to be considered.
- Use INSIGHT & INNOVATION to develop relevant opportunities and use Case Studies to highlight our work.
- EQUALITY, DIVERSITY & INCLUSION to be embedded across all areas of the Women’s England Talent Pathway.
