A revised England squad of 27 players are preparing for Tuesday’s fixture with Japan at Wembley Stadium.
In total, eight players are due to leave camp, including Aaron Ramsdale, Fikayo Tomori and Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
John Stones is returning to Manchester City for assessment after picking up an issue in training prior to Friday night’s 1-1 draw with Uruguay.
Crystal Palace’s Adam Wharton and Arsenal’s Noni Madueke have gone back to their clubs with knocks picked up during the match.
Declan Rice and Bukayo Saka will also return to Arsenal for medical assessment, having arrived on Friday along with nine other players.
The rest of that group comprised of Dean Henderson, Nico O’Reilly, Ezri Konsa, Marc Guéhi, Dan Burn, Elliot Anderson, Morgan Rogers, Anthony Gordon and Harry Kane.
Thursday 26 March, 6pm
Romelle Donovan (Brentford) has been withdrawn from the England men's under-20s squad to play Italy, and won't be replaced.
Monday 23 March, 11.30am
Newcastle United's Harvey Barnes and Arsenal's Ben White have been added to the England squad.
The pair replace Arsenal's Eberechi Eze and Bayer Leverkusen's Jarell Quansah who are ruled out of the Three Lions' March internationals through injury.
Barnes made his only appearance for the senior team in October 2020 while White has four caps to his name.
England host Uruguay on Friday (27 March, 7.45pm kick-off) followed by Japan on Tuesday 31 March (7.45pm kick-off) at Wembley Stadium.

England MU19s - Mikey Moore (Rangers, on loan from Tottenham Hotspur) has been withdrawn and is replaced by Harry Howell (Brighton & Hove Albion) from the MU18s squad.
England MU18s - Ryan McAidoo (Manchester City) has withdrawn from the squad and has been replaced by Benjamin Casey (Crystal Palace). Harry Howell (Brighton & Hove Albion) has also been called up to the MU19 squad. Further to the above and replaced by Lorenz Hutchinson (Leicester City).
England MU17s - Brian Madjo (Aston Villa), Joel Drakes-Thomas (Crystal Palace) and Marlow Bennett (Manchester City) have been withdrawn and will be replaced by Oliver Boast (Tottenham Hotspur), Harvey Higgins (Blackburn Rovers) and Jacob Watson (Manchester United).
