ESTC Online Fan Forum Application

We are pleased to invite all members’ who completed the 2024 End of Year ESTC Policy Survey the opportunity to apply to participate in an initial online fan forum to discuss in more detail the outcome of the survey results.
The survey aimed to understand the key areas of concern for members in order to then discuss them in open forums to explore potential changes, updates or improvements to current policies.
The top 5 most voted for areas of discussion were:
- The away match and tournament ballot split percentages
- Away match registration rules
- Second chance sale policy for away matches
- Away match uncollected ticket policy and consequences for uncollected tickets
- Addressing ‘caps cheats’ at home matches
We will host forums based on your region in the first instance, recognising that members may have differing perspectives based on their travel locations.
Selected participants will be asked to:
- Submit questions in advance of the forum.
- Review pre-circulated reading materials related to the discussion topics.
The results of the forums will be published on the ESTC website for all members to review, and follow-up meetings may be planned.
We are committed to engaging with our membership and making improvements where possible to enhance the overall member experience while ensuring fairness for all.

- Tuesday 4 February (12pm to 1.30pm, 5pm to 6.30pm or 6pm to 7.30pm)
- Wednesday 5 February (12pm to 1.30pm, 5pm to 6.30pm or 6pm to 7.30pm)
- Friday 7 February (12pm to 1.30pm, 5pm to 6.30pm or 6pm to 7.30pm)
- Tuesday 11 February (12pm to 1.30pm, 5pm to 6.30pm or 6pm to 7.30pm)
- Wednesday 12 February (12pm to 1.30pm, 5pm to 6.30pm or 6pm to 7.30pm)
