Carsley: 'Everyone is producing really high standards'
MATCH REPORT: England 2-0 Finland
England interim head coach Lee Carsley admits he has had to push himself during this international window but is delighted with two wins from two to show for his efforts.
Carsley led the Three Lions to a 2-0 victory over Finland at Wembley on Tuesday evening, a night during which Harry Kane celebrated his 100th Three Lions cap with a brace.
And having also seen his side beat Republic of Ireland 2-0 on Saturday, the boss was happy with a good week's work.
He said: "I've definitely been out of my comfort zone this international window but it's been enjoyable. I've had to make sure that every single day I'm producing really high standards, as have the rest of the staff, and everyone seems to have responded to that.
"We try to do as good a job as we can. We've been fortunate to get two good results and it's about building on that now."

Carsley sung the praises of Kane, who he believes is motivated to continue to rack up the records for England.
He said: "I thought he took his two goals really well. It's a big occasion for him as well, his kids being here and his wife. It's an emotional day I would imagine.
"I'm really happy for Harry. The way he's conducted himself this week and I would imagine every time he's been with England, he fully deserves the plaudits he's going to get."
And the 53-year-old also reserved special praise for full-back pair Trent Alexander-Arnold and Rico Lewis, who impressed throughout at Wembley.
He said: "We played Trent in a little bit of a different position tonight along with Rico who was also excellent. We've seen with Trent an array of passing, the ability to control the game from a deeper area and getting into forward areas – but that's not a surprise, I've seen him do that for Liverpool this season and throughout his career."
