England Football Learning is proud to announce the launch of a new, modern Learning Experience Platform (LXP) that will be the first step in revolutionising how learners access and engage with learning opportunities and resources online in the coming months.
As the education arm of The Football Association (FA), FA Learning offers qualifications, courses, resources and ongoing support for coaches, referees, medics, volunteers and the wider football workforce. This platform upgrade is a significant step forward in fulfilling our mission to inspire positive change through football by raising standards of coaching to ensure a safe and inclusive game.
We are thrilled to have partnered with Docebo, a market leader in the global EdTech industry, to implement this state-of-the-art Learning Experience Platform. This shift in technology marks an important step in creating a more connected, flexible and engaging digital learning environment for the football community.
From launch, The Learning Experience Platform will provide learners with a tailored experience based on their role in football, enabling them to search for and consume smaller-bite-sized resources alongside traditional courses and qualifications, anytime and from any place. It will also provide a more accessible and user-centred experience that learners come to expect from a modern digital platform.
Over time, LXP will be developed to provide a personalised experience, unique to each learner. This will help us achieve a modern, learner-focused approach to meet the needs of every learner.
To manage the process efficiently, we will be individually contacting all relevant users via email with full details about the upgrade, including key dates and deadlines. Please note, learners on our free courses who do not complete before the cut-off date will need to re-enrol once the new platform goes live. If learners have paid for a course, their enrolment will be transferred, but they will need to start the course from the beginning.
Further updates will be shared over the coming months. We really appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we make this move. Development is progressing, and we’re excited to introduce our new features that will enrich the learning experience for all moving forward.
