Manager/Coach
I joined a team in need of a bit of guidance and a few changes at U15s. I watched there last 3 games of the season to see what we have to work with. They lost a double header against another struggling team 5-1 & 5-0 and the last game of the season was against good opponents & lost 17-0 I left at 12-0 but I see enough to make 3 changes for the following season and went back to the team who beat us and walk out proudly with a 4-4 draw and my goalie was sent off before half time. We finished 4th
Phoenix U15s

Another struggling team when i offered to help we ended up going from a team who sits 2nd from bottom to a promoted team who went up a division and was top for most of the season but just lost out to another team late in the season. That was our last season as a team.
